Key Accountabilities:

Development Team:

• Liaise with product, design and development teams to ensure proper quality of deliverables for given software development lifecycle phase
• Communicate with the team on daily basis. Be a part of sprint plannings, stand-ups and retrospectives
• Create mobile code for software built within your team
• Prepare the mobile development environment
• Ensure code that you deliver works
• Prepare code reviews for other team members
• Support client, management and designers with architectural knowledge of constraints and effort estimation for planned and implemented features.

Prerequisites:

• A degree in a STEM field (IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related) – or currently in progress
• Completed at least one project (an app) available on GitHub (even hobby projects are fine)
• Typescript Skills
• Familiarity with React or React Native framework
• Familiarity with React Hooks for state and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit (RTK) or MobX/MST.
• Familiarity with consuming APIs (REST; GraphQL is a plus)
• Understanding of modern navigation patterns (React Navigation)
• Awareness of performance optimisation practices (e.g., FlatList, memoisation)
• Familiarity with working alongside AI-powered tools in IDEs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
